The cabinet of former President Ange Felix Patassé expressed his dissatisfaction following the charges carried against the former Head of State, making it plane responsible for the effigies posted approximately on some billboards in the 8th District of Bangui and having caused a polemic.
These effigies of the Patassé former president were torn on instruction of the CEI (Independent electoral commission). This one estimates that the electoral campaign did not start yet. However in the facts, it is about an initiative of the Ministry charged with the General secretary with the Government aiming at posting in the town of Bangui the effigies of all those which were useful as Head of State in Central African Republic, this at the time of the celebration, on December 1 next, of the fiftieth anniversary of the independence of the country.
Contacted by Radio operator Ndeke Luka, the Ministry charged with the General secretary of the Government confirms to have ordered these effigies near a Company of the place to mark indeed the celebration of the fiftieth anniversary of the RCA.
